Data deletion
Dispatch is an internal scheduling tool operated by Blackshaw Real Estate for publishing to Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that Blackshaw owns or manages. It is not available to the public.
What Dispatch stores
- Access tokens for connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts
- The email address of the staff member who connected each account
- Post content scheduled through the tool: text, images, the scheduled time, and the resulting post ID
Dispatch does not collect or store data about people who view, like, or comment on posts.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject “Dispatch data deletion” and the name of the Facebook Page or Instagram account.
You can also remove Dispatch yourself at any time from Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then remove the app. Removing it revokes the access token immediately.
What happens next
On receiving a request we delete the stored access token, the connected account record, and all scheduled and past post content for that account within 30 days, and confirm by reply.
Posts already published to Facebook or Instagram are not removed by this process. Delete those from the Page or account directly.
